- Accommodation, meals, and allowances (including local transportation, program, and admission fees) for the students and the accompanying teacher and principal will be provided by KSA.
- Air fare and other travel expenses to Korea will be borne by the participating teams.

- KSA shuttle bus is available from Gimhae International Airport to KSA (Notify the KSASF 2013 office of your arrival time.)
- Taxi fare from Gimhae International Airport to KSA: about KRW 10,000 (12km, 20 minutes)
- By train (KTX)
- Taxi fare from Busan Station to KSA: about KRW 8,000 (8km, 15 minutes)
- KSA shuttle bus is not available
